credit card statement.

Please allow three business days for payments to clear.

ALL ACCOUNTS ARE PAYABLE WITHIN TEN DAYS OF DELIVERY.
A late charge may be assessed on any unpaid balance
after 10 days at 1.5% per month (18.0% APR).
 

If you are out of gas and have a past due balance, DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM
unless you have called the office and confirmed prior to your payment.
